Pauley Plastic’s Manufactured Products Warranty

This Warranty is provided to the original ( referred to as "Purchaser"), of Pauley Plastic extruded Trim or Molding Products (referred to as "Products").

Pauley Plastic warrants that for the lifetime of the Product, from the date of original purchase, the Products will be free from material defects in workmanship and materials that:

Occur as a direct result of the manufacturing process.
Occur under normal use and service.
Occur during the Warranty period.
Result in corrosion, rotting, splitting, splintering, flaking, warping, cupping, bowing, or blistering.

Purchasers are responsible for determining the suitability and safety of the Product for any particular use or application. Local building and safety codes should be consulted for specific requirements.

Limitations and Exclusions

Pauley Plastic's liability under this Warranty is limited solely to the replacement of defective Products. Pauley Plastic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, exemplary, or other damages of any kind.

This Warranty does not cover damage or failure of the Products resulting from:

Misuse or damage to the Product
Improper storage or transportation of Product
Improper installation
Harmful chemicals and/or unapproved cleaning agents used prior to, during, or after application of Product with adhesive
Painted finishes or coatings applied by the Purchaser or third parties
Acts of God (hurricanes, earthquakes, fire, flood, lightning, etc.)
Vandalism, riot, or improper maintenance

All claims must be made within 90 days of discovering the defect, while the Product is still in place. Pauley Plastic must be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and test the Product before removal.

This Warranty may only be altered in a written instrument signed by Pauley Plastic and the Purchaser. No dealer or other entity is authorized to make statements about the performance of Products except as contained in this Warranty.

Pauley Plastic limits the shelf life of products with adhesive to 1-year from the date of purchase.

Transfer of Warranty

This Warranty is not transferable.

How to File a Claim

To file a claim, Purchaser must complete the appropriate claim form, including providing a picture of the defective Product, and a written description of failure to Pauley Plastic.

Pauley Plastic reserves the right to investigate any claim. Upon verification, Pauley Plastic will, at its option, either arrange for the delivery of replacement Product or issue a refund equal to the original cost of the Product only.

This Warranty is effective for consumer purchases made on or after January 1, 2024.

Limitations and Exclusions

Pauley Plastic's liability under this Warranty is limited solely to the replacement of defective Products. Pauley Plastic will not be liable for labor, installation, reinstallation, freight, taxes, or any other charges related to defective Products. Pauley Plastic will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, exemplary, or other damages of any kind.

This warranty does not cover damage or failure of the Products resulting from:

Misuse or damage to the Product
Acts of God (hurricanes, earthquakes, fire, flood, lightning, etc.)
Improper installation
Vandalism, riot, or improper maintenance
Harmful chemicals applied to the Product
Normal weathering due to exposure to the elements
Painted finishes or coatings applied by the Purchaser or third parties

Transfer of Warranty

This warranty may be transferred once, within five (5) years from the date of original purchase, to a subsequent property owner.

This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To file a claim, Purchaser must send proof of purchase, a picture of the defective Product, and a written description to Pauley Plastic.
